Return Policy
As a customer, you have the right to cancel and return the order made online, within 14 days, regardless of the reason and without any justification, only if you have not used the product or in the situation in which the nature, characteristics and operation have been checked the product.
Digital and Print Products, such as Posters, Calendars, Artwork and Photography are exempt from this return policy and due to the nature of the product cannot be returned.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, more precisely from the date of collection of the product from the courier, you must inform us of your intention to withdraw by email to office@boldnfast.com
Please submit a return form as part of the returned package.
Within no more than 30 calendar days from the receipt of the returned products, we undertake to return the value of the product or returned products.
If you want to return a product, without any reason regarding an obvious defect or manufacturing defect, the return cost is paid by you and you can choose the courier company, the delivery of the package must be clearly specified at our delivery address. All returns need to be addressed to office@boldnfast.com
In all return situations, the products must be new, unused, without signs of use, in the condition in which they were sent, together with all extras.
If the product has obvious manufacturing defects or defects, situation regulated by disp. Chapter III of Law no. 449/2003, it is covered by the warranty and will be replaced with a new product without defect within 30 days of receiving the non-compliant product, only if you opt for this. If you do not want this or replacement is not possible within the 30 days, then we will return the value of the purchased product. In this case, the transport cost is paid by us, according to art. 12 of Law no. 449/2003.
Within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date on which we receive and accept the product, we will reimburse you its value as follows:
- For orders paid Cash on Delivery/In advance via OP, the value will be returned to the account you note below in the Return Form.
- For orders paid with the Online Card - the counter value will be returned to the account from which the payment was made, through the Mobilpay payment processor.
The amount is allocated to your account in 24-48 hours in the case of orders paid Cash on Delivery/In advance via PO and within 48 hours - 14 days depending on the card issuer if you paid with the Online Card.
If you want another product, you must place a new order on our website.
Any product you want to return must be as you received it, unused, without signs of wear or impact, in the original packaging (box, bag) and accompanied by all the original accessories and documentation with which it was delivered.
The product must be properly packed, in a cardboard box or in the packaging in which it was initially delivered, so that it does not get damaged. We recommend that you put the product in the original packaging and later in another box, but in no case do not stick the adhesive tape on the original packaging!
